Tis the season

SO - the patient family that we are we just could not wait until January to find out what we were having.  Here is what we came up with to let our family and friends know - we posted it on facebook and emailed out to those not on facebook (what ... those people really do exist!!)

So if you couldn't tell from the sign the girls are holding we are having a BOY!!

We are so excited!!  Spencer needs a little man around the house to distract from all the girly sparkles and dress-up that goes on here!  As much as he loves his girls I know he is super excited for little Tayson to join us, yep - we had a name picked out before we even knew it was a boy =)

It was sooo much fun seeing the little guy on the ultrasound - you can already see his personality coming out.  When we first saw him he was total chill  - he was literally lounge out - both hangs behind his head and his feet outstretched and crossed at the ankles.  We went in on Friday, December 17th - and the next day (Saturday) was the BYU - UTEP game - so we joked that Tayson was lounged with his feet up waiting for the game to start.  They had some music playing during the video and during the middle of it he started "dancing" it was funny - it was probably hiccups or something - but for the sake of humor we will say he was dancing.


The girls had SOOOO much fun looking at him.  They are so excited - they hug him and talk to him all the time, Carmyn keeps making him little cards and promising that she will be a good big sister and help take care of him, even changing his stinky-poopy diapers!  Kelzey ont eh other hand will help out but says poopy diapers are off limit - haha!!

Needless to say - the time cannot come soon enough when little Tayson will join us - we cannot wait!!
